Our Team Introduction

Clarence Heng - General Manager

With 38 years of experience in the airline industry, previously overseeing overall commercial strategy and GSA management across Asia.

His extensive background includes sales leadership, airline representation, and stakeholder management. He maintains strong working relationships with airport authorities, ground handlers, and key travel industry partners, ensuring seamless operational support for airline principals.

Holding 18 years of airline commercial experience, Yenny leads the sales organization across all major distribution channels, including OTAs, tour operators, TMCs, wholesalers, corporate clients, and specialised segments such as dive academies and diaspora associations. Her team management skills and channel expertise ensure optimal market coverage and strong trade engagement.

With 18 years of specialist expertise, Lynette manages fare filing, pricing strategies, monitoring competitors pricing, BSP reporting, and negotiations with land operators. Her technical proficiency ensures that fare products remain competitive and accurately distributed through GDS and partner channels.

A graduate majoring in Air Transport, Ming Hui manages day-to-day sales engagement across retail agents, small and mid-sized operators, and tactical initiatives. He supports contracting, performance monitoring, and trade development activities.

Julaigah & Rashidah - Reservations & Ticketing

With 35 years of experience, both staff manage the reservations hotline, ticketing service, booking support, refunds processing, and ancillary sales. The call centre serves BSP and non-BSP agencies, OTAs, and direct passengers, ensuring fast and reliable customer service.

Oversees digital and offline marketing initiatives, managing Facebook, Instagram, tactical promotions, content creation, media buying, and coordination with tourism boards and CAG. She supports the development of brand visibility and market positioning for airline principals.

Catherine Chia - Cargo Sales Manager

Seasoned air cargo professional with over 10 years of airline and logistics experience spanning cargo sales, operations, and reservations. She specializes in pricing strategy, capacity optimization, and customer development, working closely with partners to drive revenue performance, service reliability, and sustainable cargo business growth across competitive markets.

Over 30 years of aviation industry experience with strong expertise in cargo customer service and operations. He has supported regional cargo operations and managed end-to-end shipment coordination across Southeast Asia.

Hisham is highly skilled in cargo booking systems, operational planning, documentation compliance, and disruption management. Known for his calm, solutions-driven approach, he ensures smooth cargo handling, accurate tracking, and high service standards even in time-critical environments.

He works closely with airlines, logistics partners, and customers to enhance operational efficiency, resolve complex shipment issues, and maintain consistent service performance.
